    • Payment Out-of-Pocket for Physical Therapy Services

    If you do not have health insurance, we accept payment out-of-pocket. The initial physical therapy evaluation costs $100. Payment for subsequent visits will be determined at your initial session. Cost of treatment sessions will be based upon your diagnosis and treatment plan. Payment is due at the time of service. Harbor Physical Therapy accepts cash or check.
