Dr. Macht began Harbor Physical Therapy in July 2006. She received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Amanda Macht specializes in treating soft tissue, overuse, post-operative, and sport injuries. Dr. Macht believes the key to a successful physical therapy outcome is a patient centered approach. Dr. Macht takes the time to get to know you and your injury to achieve the maximum treatment outcome. Dr. Macht truly enjoys working with people, which creates a fun enjoyable atmosphere for physical therapy. Not only will you see results, you will have fun!

Dr. Emokpae received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2006. As a physical therapist, Nelson’s goal is not only to educate and treat his patients, but to empower them to becoming their own best therapist. His idea of excellent care contains ingredients of compassion, dedication, humor and evidence based approach. In addition to being a physical therapist, Nelson is the lead singer of Nelly’s Echo. Nelly’s Echo has self-released three successful albums, performed as a member of team Christina on season 3 of NBC’s THE VOICE, performed at over 150 colleges in the past year, and entertained the troops in Cuba.
David Reymann, D.P.T.
Staff Physical Therapist
Dr. David Reymann received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Delaware. Dr. Dave is focused on the wellness of each individual patient, believing that his patients should be active participants on their road to recovery in order to achieve their physical therapy goals. As a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist, Dr. Dave incorporates dry needling into his treatment approach for a variety of different patient diagnoses. In his spare time, Dr. Dave enjoys distance running, staying active, and spending time in the great city of Baltimore.
Chloe Smith, D.P.T.
Dr. Chloe received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science degree in Evolutionary Anthropology from Duke University. Dr. Chloe has extensive experience working with children and adults with orthopedic and neuromuscular impairments. She enjoys making treatment sessions fun and unique for each patient. Dr. Chloe achieves this by catering patient’s physical therapy sessions specifically to their job and sport activities. In her spare time, She enjoys playing basketball, volleyball, running and reading.
