Amanda Michelle Macht, D.P.T


Dr. Macht began Harbor Physical Therapy in July 2006.  She received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park.  Dr. Amanda Macht specializes in treating soft tissue, overuse, post-operative, and sport injuries. Dr. Macht believes the key to a successful physical therapy outcome is a patient centered approach. Dr. Macht takes the time to get to know you and your injury to achieve the maximum treatment outcome.  Dr. Macht truly enjoys working with people, which creates a fun enjoyable atmosphere for physical therapy.  Not only will you see results, you will have fun!


Nelson Emokpae, D.P.T.

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Emokpae received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2006. As a physical therapist, Nelson’s goal is not only to educate and treat his patients, but to empower them to becoming their own best therapist. His idea of excellent care contains ingredients of compassion, dedication, humor and evidence based approach. In addition to being a physical therapist, Nelson is the lead singer of Nelly’s Echo. Nelly’s Echo has self-released three successful albums, performed as a member of team Christina on season 3 of NBC’s THE VOICE, performed at over 150 colleges in the past year, and entertained the troops in Cuba.



David Reymann, D.P.T.

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. David Reymann received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from The University of Delaware. Dr. Dave is focused on the wellness of each individual patient, believing that his patients should be active participants on their road to recovery in order to achieve their physical therapy goals. Dr. Dave enjoys working with patients with a variety of diagnoses, utilizing up to date evidence-based practice to maximize recovery potential. In his spare time, Dr. Dave enjoys distance running, staying active, and spending time in the great city of Baltimore.



Emily Spinelli, D.P.T., CMTPT

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Emily Spinelli, a former Virginia Tech Hokie, received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of Maryland, Baltimore. Dr. Emily has a strong background working with post operative patients. Additionally, Dr. Emily performs dry needling to help treat myofascial pain related to trigger points. Dr. Emily is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) through Myopain Seminars. Dr. Emily’s goal is to promote wellness to each patient. She accomplishes this goal by progressing each patient to an independent home exercise program and educating patients with appropriate tools and knowledge for symptom management. During her free time, Dr. Emily likes to run around Baltimore City and participate in long distance running events.

Autumn is a recent graduate from Towson University with a B.S. in Psychology and interest in Sports Psychology. With a background of customer service experience and a passion for helping others, Autumn is excited to meet and build relationships with patients throughout their physical therapy experience.


Jennifer Gring

Rehab Technician

Jennifer is a recent graduate from The University of Maryland, College Park with a B.S in Kinesiology. She has an interest in pursuing a career as a Physical Therapist and hopes to gain practical experience in the Rehab Tech position at HPT. Jennifer enjoys staying active and hopes to start training for a marathon in the upcoming months. Also, as a Baltimore Native Jennifer loves supporting the Baltimore Ravens and the Orioles.
