Amanda Macht, D.P.T

Owner

Dr. Amanda began Harbor Physical Therapy in July 2006. She received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at University of Maryland, Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiological Sciences from University of Maryland, College Park. Dr. Amanda specializes in treating soft tissue, overuse, post-operative, and sport injuries. Dr. Amanda believes the key to a successful physical therapy outcome is a patient centered approach. Dr. Amanda takes the time to get to know you and your injury to achieve the maximum treatment outcome. Dr. Amanda truly enjoys working with people, which creates a fun enjoyable atmosphere for physical therapy. Not only will you see results, you will have fun!

Taylor Horn, D.P.T.

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Taylor received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Scranton as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. She is also LSVT BIG certified and enjoys treating patients with neurological conditions. She also has a passion for treating athletes and pediatric patients. Taylor loves getting to know her patients and supporting them throughout the physical therapy journey. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, hiking, finding new recipes, DIY crafts on pinterest and playing with her dog. Taylor was born and raised in New Jersey and is currently enjoying exploring her new home in the suburbs of Baltimore with her husband.

Emilee Strange, D.P.T. 

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Emilee received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from DeSales University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Lehigh University. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and with various orthopedic injuries and neurological conditions. She has vast experience in post-operative rehabilitation with a special interest in knee and shoulder rehabilitation. Emilee, a former cheerleader herself, enjoys cheering on her patients to reach their goals and fullest potential. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, hiking, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.

Nelson Emokpae, D.P.T.

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. Nelson received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2006. As a physical therapist, Dr. Nelson’s goal is not only to educate and treat his patients, but to empower them to becoming their own best therapist. His idea of excellent care contains ingredients of compassion, dedication, humor and evidence based approach. In addition to being a physical therapist, Dr. Nelson is the lead singer of Nelly’s Echo. Nelly’s Echo has self-released three successful albums, performed as a member of team Christina on season 3 of NBC’s THE VOICE, performed at over 150 colleges in the past year, and entertained the troops in Cuba.

AnnaLou Pagels, D.P.T.

Staff Physical Therapist

Dr. AnnaLou received both her Bachelors of Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degrees from Lebanon Valley College. With a history of playing Division III lacrosse in college, AnnaLou has a strong passion for sports-based physical therapy, as well as experience treating many orthopedic and neurological conditions. AnnaLou lives in Baltimore where she enjoys running along the waterfront, reading, spending time with friends and family, and testing out lots of new recipes on her husband.
